Overview
Krasey.net company has been a major supplier of fresh seafood throughout Ukraine for more than 10 years. The main feature of the product is the quality that every family can afford. Delivery is made throughout Ukraine, so it is very convenient to have seafood on the table without leaving home.

Challenges
The client wanted  to know how best to allocate budgets across Facebook / Instagram platforms and also to combine it with Google ad to get the best results across different platforms. 
The goal was to increase traffic both on social networks and on the company's website in order to get more sales.
The client also wanted to try to increase sales not only through paid advertising but also through organic traffic.
What came out of it, read below.

Strategy
Data Analysis

After analyzing the market and the company's product line was asked to choose the most popular product for advertising in social networks. At the same time, advertising was carried out in Google to increase traffic to the site. Then the audience that was on the site gathered and a separate advertising campaign was launched for it, also on Facebook + Instagram.
The result was wonderful. Combining social advertising with Google advertising brought the company a huge number of the warmest and most engaged audience and also saved the budget. 

Then I set up dynamic retargeting in Google to remind buyers of the seafood they were interested in. It also increased the retention of users to the site.
Performance was tracked through analytics systems such as Google Analytics.

In addition, high-quality organic content was created in parallel, which was strategically planned to increase brand awareness and sales, as well as increase user confidence. Draws were held and influencers were connected, original photos, videos, texts were created. It was also suggested to combine the campaign profile with an expert food blog. The effect was amazing. People came for recipe ideas and bought seafood at the same time. So conversions to a purchase without the use of advertising were increased. Such a bilateral strategy has helped to achieve the highest and most stable results.


Results
The result was a 9.5x increase in campaign net income in less than in year. The owner was able to open a branch as well as several additional offline stores in order to invite seafood lovers to promotions and interesting offers. 

I want to note that the owner of the company is a very experienced entrepreneur. Such results were achieved by working in a team and developing both the structure of the business itself with all the nuances and the marketing side. All this in general has brought very positive results in cooperation.
This project showed me that truly great results can only be achieved in a team where people are on the same page and everyone is trying to contribute.
